LeaperKim European Warranty

As the official European LeaperKim store, we provide a full 2-year warranty on all electric unicycles and spare parts, directly backed by the manufacturer – LeaperKim Co., Ltd. This means every product you purchase from us is covered by official factory support and genuine service standards.

What’s covered

Our warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects and electronic component failures
  • Motor and control board issues not caused by misuse
  • Battery performance (capacity loss beyond normal wear)
  • Mechanical integrity of the frame and essential components
  • All warranty repairs are handled through authorized LeaperKim service centers within the EU.

What’s not covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage from accidents, improper use, or water exposure
  • Normal wear and tear (e.g. tires, pedal grip, shell scratches)
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Use in competitions or extreme sports beyond standard specifications

Warranty period

  • Electric unicycles: 24 months (2 years)
  • Batteries and electronic parts: 12 months
  • Accessories and wear parts: 6 months

The warranty period begins on the date of delivery to the customer.
